iThome Magazine No.232 (4th March - 10th March 2006) introduced Netnifty A.S.A.P..

Netnifty A.S.A.P. integrated with Windows Active Directory. It combine .Net web applications and integrate with ASP, PHP, JSP, and VB, Delphi, Java and so on. Netnifty also provide authority integrated.

The administration of Netnifty A.S.A.P. safely divide system-architect into 5 parts: User, Group, Role, Function, and Application. The system architect was double linked -- it could search and move from any part. Netnifty A.S.A.P. could set the time of SessionID and set the IP which could access Web applications, for avoid ID be caught.

Netnifty A.S.A.P. integrated with Windows Active Directory, AD helps to Identify user -- even server that provide AD service Shut-down, the server on other Domains could review the user info real-time and make the system keep going. After AD identify the user to be a legal user, Netnifty A.S.A.P. give suitable authority depend on user's role.
